AGP-CSI has vast experience and knowledge with polymers, polymer processes and polymer additives.  This gives us the capability to solve a wide variety of problems dealing with polymers.  Since 1974, our staff‘s work within the polymer industry has been instrumental in developing test methods that examine the behavior of synthetics such as adhesives, plastics, laminates, finished products to name a few.  These test methods have been adopted into the rigorous examination of polymer materials ability to perform in various applications and formed the basis for methods that are now American Society Testing and Materials (ASTM) test methods. 

Experience and chemical knowledge of various polymers makes AGP-CSI a leading investigator for forensic investigation of problems with the polymer and plastic materials.  AGP-CSI ability to reverse engineer polymers and our understanding of failure mechanisms in plastics helps us identify the source of failure for our clients and develop alternatives to remove these causes.
