QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is not an afterthought at AGP-CSI; it is the standard by which we measure our service to the environmental and construction communities.  It is the purpose of AGP-CSI to provide quality results and personnel that meets and exceeds the needs of our clients.  Our Quality Assurance/Quality Control program is designed to ensure legally defensible data presented in a format established by the project protocol.  Our associated laboratories provide us with necessary documentation of in-house calibration and routine testing set forth in AGP-CSI standardized "Quality Manual" to ensure the accuracy of their results.  This document is the principal system that insures compliance with ASQC Q93/ISO9003 and GAI-LAP.  This assures AGP-CSI of obtaining the best results possible. 

Education, experience and training are on-going processes expected of our personnel and technicians to strengthen our ability to serve both the environmental and construction communities.   AGP-CSI field technicians hold certifications from NICET, TXDOT and AASHTO.  They have the ability to perform basic conformance tests as it applies to soil, rock, concrete, geosynthetic and other geomaterials.  AGP-CSI trains each technician to understand, apply and interpret field and/or laboratory data as it is compiled.  We find this an invaluable tool for reducing unnecessary delays that may occur during a project. This also ensures the quality results AGP-CSI promotes.
